As an owner at The Cottages, you will have a deeded, undivided,
shared interest in either a 2 or 4-bedroom home. Just like
your other real estate holdings, you can sell it, will it,
gift it, place it in trust, but most importantly, you can
USE it! Your Membership provides for unlimited access to The
Cottages as long as space is available, although all members have the opportunity to reserve 28 days well in advance of their occupancy.
